Terms of Service

1. Registration and payment

Registrations are confirmed once payment is received, or once the club confirms a waitlist spot. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars; applicable taxes are shown before payment.

2. Cancellations and refunds

Each program lists its own cancellation policy on its page. Requests are handled by the club at the contact address below.

3. Accounts

Parents and guardians manage their children's profiles and registrations from one account and are responsible for keeping the information accurate. Players aged 18 and over may hold their own account.

4. Conduct and safety

Players, guardians and coaches are expected to follow the club's code of conduct on and off the court. The club may suspend participation for unsafe behaviour.
