Privacy Policy

What we collect

For guardians: name, email and phone. For players: name, birth date (used only to place the player in an age group) and the guardian relationship. For registrations and payments: the program, amount, and payment status. We do not collect addresses, schools or photos of players through this site.

Why we collect it

To run registrations, private lessons, camps and team programs, to contact guardians about schedules and payments, and to keep players safe.

Who can see it

Guardians see their own children. Coaches see only the players and teams assigned to them. Club administrators see club-wide information. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties beyond the services needed to operate the platform (hosting, authentication, payment processing).

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete personal information about you or your child. Requests go to the club's privacy officer at info@legendaryhoopers.ca.

To be named by the club before launch, as required under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Retention and security

Records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and are stored in Canada with access controls at the database level.
